Just a reminder for my Columbus, Ohio / Central Ohio / Franklin County readers – your property tax valuation appeals must be filed by today, March 31. If filing in person it must be done by close of business today or by midnight if filing electronically. Of course, if you’re reading this we all know which method you’ll use. And remember your appraisal or at least recent sales comps.
