Columbus and Central Ohio Housing Report for July 2013

The Columbus and Central Ohio market is as on fire as it has ever been with July 2013 sales of 2,855 homes posting near all time monthly records sales for last month with only August 2005 and June 2006 higher.

Year to date sales of 15,988 are 24.2 percent higher than last year. 3,515 homes went into contract last month, which suggests that the sales trend is going higher yet. July also saw 3,665 new listings, which is up 16.6 percent from last year.
