Another Cincinnati Restaurant Favorite to Open in Columbus

The Columbus net leased restaurant market is getting another out of town addition, and again it’s from Cincinnati.

Brian Ellis, president of Nationwide Realty Investors Ltd announced that Cincinnati restaurateur, Nada is taking the 6,000 plus square foot space at the new Columbus Gas of Ohio building at 240 Nationwide Blvd. Nada will be the only other net leased restaurant tenant in the Columbus commercial real estate office space, occupying the southeast end of the building.

When it opens later this year it will have a 1,000 person plus audience from just the employees of Columbia Gas. Nada will occupy the ‘polished casual’ segment of the Columbus net leased restaurant market with lunches around the $15 price point and dinners into the $20 range.
