Columbus Ohio Commercial Real Estate Construction Roundup

Columbus and Central Ohio commercial real estate development is picking up pace so we should have a bunch of new projects coming online early to mid 2015, depending on winter weather. A few will open 4th quarter this year such as the new Columbia Gas building and the Joseph offices and parking garage. Some are a little further out than that with expected completion in 2016.

I apologize that I didn’t get out to take any pics over the last several weeks so I’m going to turn you over to Walker Evans of Columbus Underground and Columbus Business First for October’s Columbus Commercial update.
