Panera Opens Dedicated Facility for Catering on Bethel Road in Northwest Columbus

Panera has repurposed their old Columbus area offices on Bethel Road into a centralized catering facility employing 40. Based in Warren, Covelli Enterprises’ Panera Bread franchisee has been a hugely successful Columbus area net leased fast casual restaurant with 23 area locations.

The Columbus area Panera catering business has grown to 10% of their revenue overall and centralizing catering also helps the individual stores become more efficient by allowing them to focus on their retail customers. This location will handle catering for seven Panera Bread location close by, but will be eventually expanded to handle many more

So another nice addition to the Columbus commercial real estate fast casual restaurant market for lease.
