Developers Hanjin and Korean Air are building the 900 room 73 story hotel, which will be part of Inter-Continental’s luxury brand and is expected to have at least a four star rating.

There will be a sky lobby on the 70th floor complete with an elaborate roof top pool, which should provide quite a thrill when the big 8.0 strikes.

First few floors will be street level net leased Los Angeles retail and then office.
