Scott Harris

I primarily do single tenant, multiple tenant, triple net leased, absolute net, NNN, long corporate leased retail.  Also net leased office and flex.

As a Commercial Realtor licensed in multiple states, I have a simple business philosophy.  Real estate is a relationship business and my clients are like family. I treat them with trust, integrity and the loyalty they deserve. To be successful I must produce the results my clients want. Their priorities become my priorities, and their goals become my goals.

I take my representa­tion responsibilities very seriously, and I am committed to producing the greatest value for every client. I enjoy the challenge of finding the perfect property for my buy­ers, and negotiating the most advantageous deals. It is a privilege to serve my clients before closing, and more importantly, after closing, and I strive to make their transactions smooth, stress-free and rewarding.
